HELLLO!
ok it is almost abt 5days already from my operation last friday night/sat morning. so i am getting better already but i still cant eat alot things like seafood, chicken, beef, ice cream and many fucking nice food.
and i can only eat biscults, bread, rice, porridge, fish, vege vege and vege. OH MAN. tis gona last for at least 1-2months. holy shit. wats worst, i cant exercise for abt 1month, no training for muay thai for 3months. WTF am i goin do. rotting at home watching tv, playing computer and jus sleep. sibei no life.
